12. What is the warranty period for your anatomical models?
We offer Return-To-Desk warranty for 6 months against any manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship from the date of our Invoice.This guarantee shall however not extend to normal wear and tear, replacement or repairs necessitated by the reason of willful damage, careless handling, acts of God, natural calamity and other circumstances is beyond Spectrum Impex reasonable control. In the event of any dispute in this regard, the opinion of an independent institute regarding the cause of any damage will prevail. The goods supplied by us are in best quality and workmanship and new in all respect.
